Terms & conditions

All bookings are made online and confirmed by LYRA Beauty within 24h. A deposit is required at booking: 50% for wedding services, 30% for evenings, events and lessons. The balance is paid on the day of the service.

Online payments are secure (card, TWINT). LYRA Beauty never stores any card details.

Cancellation is free up to 72h before the service: the deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations within 72h, the deposit is retained.

A full payment is refundable up to 72h before the service. If LYRA Beauty must cancel, all amounts paid are refunded.

Travel fees depend on the service location and are shown before payment. They are offered from CHF 300 of services.

Beyond 50 km from the reference area, a minimum service of CHF 250 applies; outside this range, the service is offered on quote.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from issue. They can be used on all services and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

The code shown on the card must be provided when booking.

The service takes place at the address provided by the client, who ensures a suitable space is available (water point, power socket, sufficient light).

Availability: Saturday and Sunday daytime, Monday to Friday from 6pm.

Collected data (name, email, phone, address) is used only to process the booking and service. It is never shared with third parties.
